UNITED KINGDOM

Supporting national priorities in teaching, careers, and youth employability

The UK's education and employment sectors face significant challenges: attracting and retaining strong teachers, supporting adults into work, and helping young people navigate their pathways after education. We partner with national and local government, schools, employers, and communities to support better outcomes from the classroom to the workplace.

A trusted partner of the UK government

For over 25 years, we have been working with the UK government to support national priorities in education and employment. Through strong and sustained partnerships with the Department for Education and the Department for Work and Pensions, we design and deliver programmes informed by evidence, research, and real-world experience of what improves outcomes.

How we support education and employability in the UK

Serving a national vision for teaching

As a Lead Provider of the Early Career Training Programme (ECTP) – and a key contributor to the programme’s design and development – we are a key enabler of the UK government’s objective to both recruit and retain a high-performing teacher workforce. In 2025, our delivery was rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted.

Helping adults move into, and stay in, work

Through programmes like the National Careers Service and Connect to Work, we have helped adults develop skills, navigate career decisions, and access opportunities.

Connecting young people to opportunity

We teach young people about the world of work through initiatives like the West London Careers Hub and our Inspiring Careers Programme, better preparing them for their future.
