Early childhood educators play a decisive role in shaping children’s future learning. When these professionals have access to high-quality training, clear career pathways, and the status afforded to the wider education workforce, they can increase the impact they have on children’s early development. From phonics and early literacy in Brunei to inclusive, play-based learning in Kenya, we provide sustained, practice-focused professional development, and work with education leaders at a system level to create lasting change.

School leaders create the culture, expectations, and systems to improve teaching consistently across their school, which are central pillars of transforming learning outcomes. We support headteachers, school principals, and deputy heads to embed evidence-informed practice across classrooms, departments, and whole schools. We also equip them to use data to sustain change over time, improving overall accountability for learning outcomes.

In any school inspection or review, having appropriately qualified and experienced inspectors is essential. Through our Reviewer Competency Quality Mark (RCQM), we train educators at all levels to become inspectors, both for their own schools and for others. From a middle or senior manager undertaking an internal review to a team of inspectors conducting an external evaluation, we help inspection professionals develop their skills and knowledge to a high standard.
