Improving learning outcomes, strengthening teaching, and supporting people into meaningful work depends on strong partnerships. We provide foundations and trusts with advice and technical assistance, help them to design and deliver initiatives, and tailor solutions to local contexts.
We work with foundations and trusts across a wide range of areas:
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
Using evidence and insight to understand challenges and opportunities.
Creating programmes that respond to local needs while drawing on what has been proven to work.
Turning plans into action, using the people, partnerships, and experience needed to do this successfully.
Tracking outcomes, generating evidence, and demonstrating how we are driving change.
Everything we do is grounded in evidence. Drawing on research, data, and practical experience, we help partners understand what initiatives work, why they work, and how successful approaches can be adapted for different contexts.
We don’t just plan, we deliver. Our unique combination of strategic thinking with hands-on delivery is key in turning ideas into results.
We focus on ensuring change is sustainable. We strengthen systems and build local capacity so impact can continue long after projects end.
Global experience, local understanding. Our international work means we can draw on a wide range of experience whilst ensuring initiatives reflect local needs and realities.

In partnership with UNICEF, we supported Rwanda’s Ministry of Education to develop a national strategy and framework to embed learning through play in the education system. Operationalised in 2025, the strategy and framework is set to impact the learning of 1.2 million children across Rwanda. Speaking with our Principal Consultant, Amy Barnecutt, at the FLEX 2026 conference, UNICEF Education Specialist Yonah Nyundo explained why the partnership was so effective.
