West London Careers Hub is an initiative that helps schools and colleges give young people high-quality careers advice and more chances to meet employers, experience the workplace, and learn about different jobs and career routes. It also supports teachers and careers leaders to embed high-quality careers education, including achieving the Gatsby Benchmarks, and helps employers get involved with local schools.
Through these activities, the hub ensures that young people in the sub-region have access to real-world information and opportunities that can help them decide what to do after school or college.
West London Careers Hub is co-funded by the Mayor of London and The Careers & Enterprise Company and delivered by EDT. It supports 177 schools and colleges across seven West London boroughs, and is one of four sub-regional Careers Hubs under the Mayor’s London Careers Programme.

EDT delivers West London Careers Hub through a team of locally based Enterprise Coordinators, who turn funding and strategic priorities into practical support for schools, colleges, and employers.
Our Enterprise Coordinators support careers leaders, build employer partnerships, and create opportunities for young people to meet employers, experience the workplace, and learn about the pathways available to them.
In 2025, we worked with 358 employers to create meaningful careers and workplace experiences for young people, with 100% of participating schools reporting a positive impact on their students.
