The NPQ for Executive Leadership (NPQEL) is for school leaders who are, or aspire to be, system leaders with responsibility for leading improvement at scale. This might be as an executive headteacher, CEO or in a trust leadership role such as Director of Education.

Since February 2022, EDT has been delivering the NPQEL to a national cohort of current and aspiring executive leaders across England.

Expert input - across a range of areas such as the CEO role, developing MATs, finance, governance, values-led leadership and collaboration around school improvement priorities.
