Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge (ASK) Programme for Schools & Colleges

About the ASK Programme

The Apprenticeship Support & Knowledge (ASK) Programme is funded by the Department for Education. The programme supports schools, special schools and colleges in England to raise awareness of apprenticeships and T Levels.

The programme offers a variety of activities to inspire learners, including mock interviews, assemblies and workshops, all delivered by four expert partners across the country.

Education Development Trust delivers the ASK Programme across the London region, working with teachers, careers advisers, parents and governors, alongside other key partners, to develop and transform how students think about apprenticeships.

Access to live apprenticeship vacancies

When you join our mailing list, you will get monthly access to an up-to-date list of live apprenticeship vacancies across London boroughs, including Higher and Degree Apprenticeships.

Monthly LMI updates

At the end of each month, we send out an overview of the latest Labour Market Information (LMI) via our email distribution list. This may include the latest resources, labour market insights, top sector information as well as resourcing news from the top local and national employers.

Live webinars

We regularly host apprenticeship and T Level webinars for students, teachers and parents/carers. These are free to attend and provide helpful resources, insights from employers, success stories from apprentices and much more!

Hear from students

97% of students who accessed our support say they know where to find information about apprenticeships and technical education pathways.

Here is what they said:

"Just really want to say thank you, honestly one of the best types of activity sessions I’ve done."

"It answered all the questions I had about interviews, and preparations."
