Alongside learning from tutors experienced in early years, Dorothy received one-to-one support from her Development Coach Linda. Linda helped Dorothy to update her CV and prepared her for job searching following the completion of the Skills Bootcamp.
Linda also provided guidance on interview skills and Dorothy says that this support “gave me confidence to apply for early years vacancies”.
After finishing the course, Dorothy secured employment in an early years setting. She is now preparing to start a Level 3 qualification later in the year.
