SPP’s structured self and peer evaluation processes form the blueprint for growth and improvement.
We partner with multi-academy trusts to support growth, develop people, and cultures that empower staff at all levels and improve the quality of education for inclusion of all learners.
Sometimes these partnerships are formed through informal partnerships where schools have started working together for other reasons but want to carry on and introduce a more robust approach.
Take a look at our case studies with Focus Trust or the Kyra Teaching School Alliance to find out more.
We are committed to working with system leaders through consulting and co-constructing clear frameworks to implement improvement plans across local areas`.
Facilitating professional development, transfer of knowledge and greater accountability for self-improvement. We work closely with school leaders and effectiveness partners to improve school systems at scale.
Developing the skills within the Local Authority as well as their schools to ensure they can sustain the approach on their own.
Take a look at our case study with Essex County Council to see how we have worked at a strategic level to support their school improvement ambitions.
Schools Partnership Programme is truly a scalable solution, with experience showing it can be just as effective at a regional level.
The recent rollout of SPP to 255 schools in North Wales was commissioned by the GwE consortium, and involved delivering the programme across six Local Authority areas.

Most recently the programme has been taking part in a Knowledge Exchange being conducted by Universities College London under the supervision of Dr David Godfrey.
We shared our expertise from our 10 years of development with other key school improvement organisations from the Netherlands and Spain.
